Freddy`s in Ottawa

Always tasty and hot! But.....This visit today wasn't so good in terms of my order being ready. TI......there's no reason whatsoever to throw things at me or on my tray when I ask nicely for it. All I wanted was Freddy sauce and Freddy salt. Maybe you're having a bad day but there's no excuse for it. You are the manager of this location and should lead by example. I plan to follow up at the corporate level. Since I have been home since March due to Coronavirus I visit here a lot since I'm home all the time teleworking. The food was hot and good but the attitude was uncalled for.

Usually pretty good. Today was a different story. My fries were cold and my cheeseburger was so raw and undercooked I dang near freaked out. Not sure if I will ever try them again.

Good tasting food, but the portion size is smaller than other Freddies.The staff did not greet us and were grumpy and unfriendly.We had to wait a long time to be serviced despite there being no line!They "upcharged" for every little thing!

Not a big fan but very clean and friendly. Too expensive to convert food to keto approved not using a bun for the thin burger so I just didn't eat. But kids liked.

They had a piping hot double original burger in addition to the clean post COVID-19 restaurant environment! I'd recommend you go!

Same meal at Steak n shake for $4. And it cost me over $8 at freddy's. Double with fries and dont care about the drink. I will stick to Steak n Shake and just have a water with my meal. Only $4.

Nice clean restaurant. The manager was wiping and cleaning counters, doors, vents and soda machine. All common touch areas. He came out, explained the app and perks of it to us.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL! We ordered a single hamburger + hotdog combo along with a couple steakburger combos via the drive thru. We got one huge bag stuffed full, but no hotdog. We had to circle back thru and when we said that the hotdog was missing, the manager came to the window and his attitude was accusatory and put off that we dared say we didn't receive something. He then said we got it in the "second bag". !

I really enjoy their burgers. They seem to be like homemade but much thinner than we make at home which is OK because there's more than one in the sandwich. Every sandwich I've had there is delicious, the frozen custard shakes are yummy, the service is always friendly and quick, the place is relatively clean (trash could be emptied more often as it's usually always full to overflowing when we go there), but I'm not a fan of the potato stick-like fries (I'm guessing they are their signature fries though). They get cold fast and don't taste as good. I keep going back so guess I like them alright!

Get the #1 - it's the best. Big, juicy and well-seasoned. Enjoy with great fries and plenty of fry sauce!! Large portions make up for the slightly higher price. The concretes are the best of all frozen yogurt worlds. Retro décor, fun for the entire family. Definitely the best burger joint in town. Food was excellent! Kelly was very kind! We had never had Freddy's and we really loved it. We highly recommend going.

This a great place for fast foods and friendly atmosphere. Great service as well.

Never ever go through the drive thru .I have tried it 8 time's and had the same results . The order was wrong or I got tired of repeating myself as they were talking to a customer they were currently waiting on in the car in front of me at the window. There is no way a human being can talk to one person and listen to another at the same time and get the order right. The food is great and you can get good service inside but save yourself a lot of headaches by going in.

Great service and quick service. Very yummy and clean!

Terribly slow. Cashier up front was working so hard managing the lobby and drive thru by herself. Too frustrating waiting over 25 minutes for food and see management make employees work that hard.

Pretty good employees act as if force to be there this was in Ottawa of exit 83.

Was very good. Friendly help at the counter. Chili cheese dog, fries, tea. Clean location. Clean restroom. Good was delivered in a timely manner. Everything tasted good. Only downside was it was about 44° outside and in the restaurant it was in the cool side. Need the heater on. Recommend this location.

I loved this place! The cheeseburger was delicious & the fries were awesome. I took a couple of bites of someone else's chicken tenders & they were really good also. The yogurt was really creamy & smooth. Our party of 5 was very impressed. You place your order at the counter & pick it up when they call your number, so there are not waiters, but hey, you don't have to tip. We'll go back for sure!

Tasty burgers, and offer lettuce wraps for those that do not wish to have a bun. Skinny fries are so yummy, especially when drenched in Freddy's seasoning. Nice place. God bless.

This is the only Freddy's I have been to that was dirty. Tables, the condiment station, floors, and the front doors were all grimy. It was not busy at all, and 3 employees were standing around visiting. The fries were really good and fresh. My burger came with onions, when I specifically ordered without. The custard was melted and weird, with waaaay too much chocolate syrup.

Several times they have messed up my drive through order. This time they left the hamburger patties off the bun. I didn’t catch it until I got all the way home. They didn’t really make it right either. I drove all the way back and waited on a new one put back on the bun they gave me. I’m assuming they think people are not honest when they call in so they ignore it. They need to improve their attention to detail. I do love their food when it’s right, so I gave them a 2 star.

As usual the staff was friendly and place was clean. However the custard machine was down when I was there.

Not following COVID-19 protocol!!! Was very disturbed to be eating here.

4.5 stars. The food is good, the service is good.

This is the only Freddy's we've had multiple order issues with. They seem to get burgers from other orders mixed up with ours because usually it's not even close to what we asked for. Double check your order before driving away. They also seem to have switched to wrapping the burgers (kind of like a McDonald's) instead of using the boxes which led to a lot of grease on my car seat and the burgers getting squished.

The food was good and hot. Priced very high though.

This place is awesome. Great atmosphere, workers and food.

The burgers are a bit small and the friend are so thin. It was good but not the best. Then again we had traveled over 10 hours and was tired. So I may have to try it again.

Counter assistant was neither friendly nor helpful. I think I blew her mind by asking to have my concrete mixer made with chocolate custard base, instead of vanilla. It was ridiculous!

I came and had gotten a steak burger and some tea. I was surprised at what I had tasted. As if I’d never seen anywhere before I tasted the sweet kiss of honey on my tongue, but when I bit into the burger I was deeply dissatisfied. It was lackluster and tasted like any regular burger meat. When ordering a steak burger I was expecting the tender and juicy consistency I get when eating steaks. Instead I had bitten into a thin, dry cut of breakfast steak. Quite nice otherwise. Sincerely H.S Louis

The food is always great at Freddy's and the custard is always great I only get to eat it about one every three months but it's great every time.

Good burgers and fries. Grilled chicken sandwich tasted funky. Only 3 stars due to dirtiest Freddy's we've ever visited. Beverage lids, ketchup, straws, etc need restocked and condiment areas need cleaned. Dirty floors and tables throughout. While 5 to 6 employees have social hour near registers.

Very greasy and nasty not worth the money just go to McDonald's

Seriously the best fast food burger out there. Fries are always hot and crispy. The Freddy's sauce is delicious with those crispy fries and even better with cheese curds. You think that would be enough but then that PB+B concrete... Just wow! Plus they truly love veterans. Always 5 stars from me Freddy's. Always!

Gave poor service to inside customers! Sloppy orders prepared, drinks wrong and no attention to customers coming in or wanting drink refills. This is so unlike Freddies to give this kind of service. If it continues you will lose us as customers.

The workers are extremely nice and go out of the way to make sure you're happy
